Please be aware that the accommodation portal will be closed for the UCAS embargo period from 12 noon (BST) on Thursday 6 August until the week commencing Monday 17 August 2026. We will not be able to discuss your booking during this time.

 

The system will reopen to the following groups based on the below schedule:

 

Monday 17 August

• UG students on the guaranteed waitlist (including under-18s, who will be invited to book gradually)

• Students who have accepted an Insurance offer or come through clearing (access will be available 48 hours after you’ve firmed your academic offer).

 

Tuesday 18 August

• UG students who are on the non-guaranteed waitlist

 

Wednesday 19 August

• All PGs

• All UGs

 

Please bear in mind that these dates may be subject to change.

 

The portal will reopen at any time on the above dates during the normal UK working hours (09:00-17:00), though not before.

Before you proceed, please make sure you watch our How to book your accommodation video. 

 

Login with your KCL ID as your Username. You will find this number on your offer letter. Please do not use the K.

We recommend you don't use Safari.

 

If this is your first time logging in, enter your KCL ID and click "Reset Password". A temporary password will be sent to your email and then you will be prompted to create a new password.
